Kan oke (Coffin) 1997:
Collection of Amano's illustrations for the serialized graphic novel Vampire Hunter "D", by the popular mystery writer Hideyuki Kikuchi. The story is set in the year 12090, when the only survivors of an extremely sophisticated scientific civilization are Vampires, mutants, monsters, and humans. "D" is a cross between a vampire and a human, and uses his divinely inspired swordsmanship to hunt down the monsters and vampires that threaten the vulnerable humans. Publication of the series began in 1983.
